DALLAS-New England-based HEI Hotels & Resorts has acquired the 14-story Sheraton Dallas North hotel situated on LBJ Freeway in Farmers Branch. The firm has purchased the foreclosed 309-room hotel, constructed in 1979, from lenders.
The Sheraton Dallas North hotel, situated just west of the Dallas North Tollway, was foreclosed last year by mortgage companies that had lent $12 million on the hotel. Terms of the deal were not revealed.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
