ARLINGTON, TX-One Oak Over the Line LLC, an investment group based in Arlington, has acquired Arlington Oaks Office Park, a 13-building, 94,130-square-foot office complex at 208 Billings St. in Arlington. The office park is situated on eight-and-a-half acres of land.
The acquisition also included four acres of land beside the complex for further development. David Tuttle with North Richland Hills-based Tuttle Commercial represented the buyer, while Ron Hebert with Marcus & Millichap represented Houston-based KTAO Partners Ltd., the seller, in the deal.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
