TAMPA, FL-Jones Lang LaSalle has brokered a lease renewal deal in Tampa on behalf of Stiles and Charter Hall Office REIT, the landlord. Tampa Bay & Company has renewed its lease for another five years for 19,579 square feet at SunTrust Financial Centre Building, a 527,000-square-foot Class A office building at 401 East Jackson St. in downtown Tampa.
