FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-McKafka Development Group has proclaimed the sales of 23 condo units at Village East in Fort Lauderdale. The buyers are offshore investors from France, Austria, Venezuela and Argentina. In February 14, 2011, McKafka Development purchased the 68 lingering condo units at Village East for a discounted price of $8.7 million.
