NEW YORK CITY-Ricky's has leased 3,000 square feet in a building located at 2385 Broadway at the northwest corner of 87th Street. Zabar family is the owner of the property. As per the agreement, Ricky's will get the entire basement space to house its 27th store. At the location, the firm will also open a Revolver Salon.
