ALBANY-ShopRite, a supermarket chain, will open a new store in the Albany region. The chain will open the 58,000-square-foot store at St. James Square located at the corner of Nott Street East and Balltown Road in Niskayuna, New York.
Columbia Development Cos. purchased portion of the shopping center and will lease it to the supermarket chain. Realty Equities NM LLC sold the 4.9-acre property to SRS Niskayuna LLC.
