NEW YORK CITY-The New York Compensation Insurance & Rating Board is shifting to 733 Third Avenue where it has leased 45,000 square feet. The lease runs for 15 years. The board will occupy the fourth and fifth floors of the Durst building. It currently leases 30,000 square feet in a Durst building at 655 Third Avenue.

In the deal, Williamson Picket & Gross' Peter Gross and Jim Gross represented the tenant, while Durst Organization was represented by an in-house team comprising Tom Bow and John Grotto.For the full story, go to New York Post.
