PLYMOUTH, MN-Winnepeg, Manitoba-based Artis REIT has agreed to purchase 605 Waterford Park, a 12-story office building spanning 199,365 square feet near the crossway of highways 55 and 100 in Plymouth. The company will buy the property for $25 million from the Utah State Retirement Fund.
The seller bought the office complex in 1995 for $23.4 million. The building is leased to several tenants, including Spanlink, SHPS, U.S. Energy Services and Winmark. CB Richard Ellis Inc. is marketing the complex.For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
