MEMPHIS-Ford Motor Co. has renewed its lease for 769,436 square feet at 4880 Tuggle Road in Southeast Memphis. The Tuggle Road building, which measures 1.14 million square feet, is owned by Industrial Tuggle Owner LLC.
The asking rent in the building is $2.25 per square foot. Ford Motor is using the building as an automotive parts distribution facility. CB Richard Ellis Memphis negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
