DENVER-Unique Properties LLC has recently closed the sale of a retail property in Denver. IWP Colorado Holdings LLC has purchased the retail building measuring 4,849 square feet at Cherry Creek North for an amount of $1.59 million.
RCIL LLC was the seller of the retail building. The new owner will take the second floor of 2719 E. 3rd Ave. John Sheflin, Marc S. Lippitt and Scott Shwayder of Unique Properties represented both the parties in the deal.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
