ORLANDO-First Capital Property Group, Inc. has appointed Jean-Paul Beaulieu as retail leasing associate. In his new role, Beaulieu will represent landlords in the leasing of retail shopping centers.
Prior to joining First Capital, Beaulieu worked with Colliers International in the field of commercial real estate. He graduated with a degree in real property from UCF.
