CONROE, TX-A local developer is constructing an 800-acre community near The Woodlands in Montgomery County. The master-planned project, called Harper's Preserve, is located east of Interstate 45 on Texas 242 in the Conroe Independent School District.
When fully completed, Harper's Preserve will have 1,722 homes. Prices of homes in the first phase of the residential project will range from $170,000 to $300,000. First Continental Investment Co. has financed the project.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
