FRISCO, TX-Grubb & Ellis Co. has negotiated a new lease deal for an office space in Dallas. MDI Achieve, a software firm, has signed a lease for 9,997 square feet of space at 3011 Internet Blvd. at Hall Office Park in Frisco.
