ORLANDO-Quest Company of Central Florida, Inc. has closed five deals in the Central Florida region on behalf of both the tenants and the landlords. Insight Credit Union inked a 1,896-square-foot lease at Tri-City Shopping Center in Winter Garden. Centro Cristiano Soni and Freedom Tobacco Co. have leased 1,600 square feet each at 2824 Michigan Avenue in Kissimmee.
Other deals were Pollos Pio Pio Enterprises' 1,400-square-foot lease expansion at Conway Centre in Orlando and White Dragon's 1,000-square-foot lease extension in Longwood.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
