IRVING, TX-CBRE Hotels, a division of CB Richard Ellis Inc., has completed the sale of a four-story hotel building near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in Irving. Florida-based Savoy Hospitality LLC has acquired Drury Inn & Suites, a 124-room hotel on Airport Freeway.
Savoy Hospitality will turn the hotel into a Fairfield Inn & Suites. The Drury Inn & Suites acquisition is the second hotel deal in recent days in the Dallas area.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
