KISSIMMEE, FL-Faison-Pacolet Partin Village LLC has purchased a commercially zoned parcel spanning 23 acres located at the junction of Partin Settlement Road and US 192. DIRT IV sold the property for $ 3,050,000. DJB Land Company's Bob Barkett brokered the sale.
