ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered a new lease deal for an office space in east Orlando. ASSA ABLOY Sales and Marketing Group, Inc. has leased the office space measuring 2,502 square feet at University Court located at 3361 Rouse Road off University Boulevard.
The tenant has leased the space from Daytona Beach-based Interchange Rouse, LLC. Robert Kellogg with Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, and Mary Frances West of NAI Realvest represented the landlord in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
