THE WOODLANDS, TX-CB Richard Ellis has closed two deals in Market Street on The Woodlands located at 9595 Six Pines Road in The Woodlands on behalf of the owner, Trademark Development. In the first deal, Cherry Creek Mortgage Co. has signed a lease for 2,111 square feet.
In the second deal, LandAmerica Charter Title Co. has extended its lease for 3,549 square feet. CB Richard Ellis' Jessica Ochoa and John Pruitt were the brokers for the deals.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
