HOUSTON-Construction on a senior living community in Houston called The Village of Meyerland has been started. A joint venture between Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Bridgewood Property Co. is the developer of the community located at 4141 N. Braeswood close to Stella Link.
The project will feature an 110,000-square-foot building comprising 25 memory care and 95 assisted living units. Mutual of Omaha is funding the project and Construction Supervisors is its general contractor.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
