KATY, TX-Houston-based Judwin Realty Group has begun construction on an apartment complex comprising 316 units in Katy. The complex called the Park at Cinco Ranch is located at Highway 1093 and Cinco Terrace Drive. Compass Bank is funding the project. The gated community is slated for opening in 2012.
The project will feature three-, two-, one-bedroom units and studios with sizes ranging between 516 square feet and 1,349 square feet. Monthly Rents for the units will vary between $700 and $1,900.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
