ROSENBERG, TX-Danziger Investment Co. has acquired the Kwik Kar Wash retail building located at 3010 First Street in Rosenberg, Texas. Business Lenders, which offers REO Asset services on behalf of Merrill Lynch, was the seller of the property. Travis Reese negotiated the sale on behalf of the buyer.
