GARDEN GROVE, CA-An entity of TIS Equities based in Los Angeles has purchased a retail building spanning 14,000 square feet in Garden Grove for $6.8 million. A Los Angeles-based private investor was the seller of the property located at 12001 Euclid Street. The building is a portion of the Ralphs-anchored retail center.
