HOUSTON- Hartman Short Term Income Properties XIX's subsidiary Hartman 601 Sawyer has bought an office building located at 601 Sawyer Street in Houston. The seven-floor building measuring 88,258 square feet is 74% leased. RM Crowe was the seller of the property.
