FOOTHILL RANCH, CA-Online mortgage lender LoanDepot.com has inked a deal for an 83,000-square-foot lease at Towne Centre Plaza lll located in Foothill Ranch. The company is occupying the space in three buildings at the plaza owned by Arden Realty Inc. The five-year lease has a renewal option for five more years.
LoanDepot.com will house its headquarters in two of the three properties, while a wholesale lending firm, which is expected to be established in June 2011, would occupy the remaining space.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
