ALISO VIEJO, CA-The U.S. Postal Service is planning to market its 25-acre commercially zoned parcel in Aliso Viejo. The agency purchased the undeveloped land located at 50 Liberty Road close to Aliso Viejo Town Center in the beginning of 1990s for $15 million.

A mail processing facility spanning over 400,000 square feet was originally planned for the site. The size of the facility subsequently reduced to 340,000 square feet in 2007. Due to economic downturn, the project was stopped in 2009.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
