WAUKESHA, WI-The VanderBloemen Group is seeking approval from the city of Waukesha to redevelop the buildings located at 222 W. St. Paul Avenue. The company plans an office space spanning 8,000 square feet for its operations and another 5,500-square-foot office space on the second floor for another tenant.
