ORLANDO-Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. has closed the sale of 159 acres of land in Lake County. Branch Banking & Trust Company (BB&T) has sold the property situated south side of Five Mile Road and east side of North Bradshaw Road to South Lake Crossings III, LLC for $325,000.
