DALLAS-Los Angeles-based Younan Properties Inc. has selected Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services as a leasing agent for its Galleria Plaza, a 12-story, 187,644-square-foot building at 4851 LBJ Freeway. The property is currently 72% leased.
Melanie Hughes and Sharon Friedberg of Bradford Commercial were given the leasing assignment. The leasing team is also handling the leases at Younan's NCP III office building at 12801 N.
