HOUSTON-Bridgewood Property Co. LP of Houston has begun construction on the Village of Meyerland, a senior apartment complex at 4141 N. Braeswood in Houston. A joint venture between Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC and Bridgewood is developing the project.
The Village of Meyerland, situated on three acres of site, will contain 25 memory-care and 95 assisted living units. Three Architecture has designed the project and Houston-based Construction Supervisors Inc. is constructing it.
