PHOENIX-Tucson-based CyraCom International has leased about 55,100 square feet of space at the Foothills Corporate Center for a call center. The company has signed the seven-year lease deal with SDC Foothills Inc.
The Foothills Corporate Center is located at 14415 S. 50th St. in Phoenix. Financial details of the lease deal were not revealed. Cushman & Wakefield and NAI Horizon of Arizona have negotiated the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
