LA MESA, CA-ACRE Investment Real Estate Services has closed the sale of a multifamily property in San Diego. Antonina and Mario Crivello have sold the Highwood Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 14 units at 4236 Parks Ave. in La Mesa.
Highwood Investors LLC has purchased the property for $1.49 million. The apartment complex, constructed in 1968, comprises 2 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and 2 three-bedroom units.
