COPPELL, TX-Industrial Income Trust Inc., an investor based in Denver, is planning to buy six single-story industrial buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The investor is scheduled to purchase Vista Point South, a 207,953-square-foot industrial complex in Coppell, from Jackson-Shaw for an amount of $23.1 million.
