NEEDHAM, MA-NAI Hunneman's Brendan Daly has completed two office lease deals totaling 16,064 square feet at 160 Gould Street in Needham on behalf of the tenants. In the first deal, In4mation Insights has more than doubled its lease to 5,905 square feet.
In the second deal, Orsi Arone Rothenberg Iannuzzi & Turner has inked a long-term lease extension for its 10,141 square feet. Cushman Wakefield's Michael Moynahan negotiated the deals on behalf of the landlord.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
