MT. JULIET, TN-Commercial Realty Services is planning to construct a Class A medical office facility measuring 45,000 square feet in Mt. Juliet's Providence area. The $10-million three-story medical office building will come up on a 3.71-acre site located at the corner of Crossing Circle and Adams Lane.
Construction is expected to start this summer. Bob Biscan at Biscan Development and Kenneth Powers at Commercial Realty Services are leading the project. Snodgrass-King Dental is planning to lease nearly one third of the property.For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
