FORT MYERS, FL-LandQwest Commercial has closed the sale of a retail property in Cape Coral. Schottenstien Property Group, Inc. has acquired Pine Island Marketplace, a 71,444-square-foot retail center, from Land Holding, LLC for an amount of $7,000,000.
The retail center comprises Dress Barn, Famous Footwear, Office Max and other small stores. The spaces occupied by Kohls and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market were not part of the deal. John Mounce with LandQwest handled the sale.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
