LOUIS-Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a Farmington Hills, Michigan-based REIT, has purchased Heritage Place, a shopping center spanning 270,000 square feet at Ross Avenue and Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur. St. Louis County records show that Gateway Riverside Inc., a corporation based in California, was the previous owner of the retail center.
