AURORA, IL-Caterpillar Logistics Services Inc., a division of Caterpillar Inc., has inked a long-term lease for 251,151 square feet of industrial space at 901 Bilter Road in Aurora. The new building, which measures 463,636 square feet, is owned by Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Liberty Property Trust.
The remaining 212,485 square feet of space at the Liberty-building is occupied by Optimum Nutrition Inc. Caterpillar Logistics will move to the new location in August 1.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
