BUFFALO-Dino Fudoli, a legislator of Erie County, and Bella Vista Group have proposed plans to develop an apartment complex comprising 84 units on an empty land located at 4989 Genesee Street in Cheektowaga. The proposal will have numerous two-floor buildings with two- and one-bedroom apartments.
The design of the project is the same of the Gateway Apartments, an 88-unit apartment complex being developed by Bella Vista at the northeast corner of William Street and Transit Road. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
