KISSIMMEE, FL-Faison-Pacolet Partin Village LLC, an entity associated with Charlotte-based Faison Enterprises Inc. has purchased a site planned for a Publix-anchored shopping center in Osceola County, Florida. The firm has acquired the roughly 30-acre site located on U.S. Highway 192 from Miami-based DIRT IV for $3.1 million.
The retail center will include small shops and the Publix grocery store measuring 45,600 square feet and five outparcels. It will be constructed by Orlando-based Windcrest Development Group Inc.For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal.
