BROOKLYN, NY-Gothamist has leased 2,990 square feet of office space at 20 Jay St. in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn, for five years. It currently occupies space at 155 Water St. in the Green Desk location.
Gothamist will occupy the eighth-floor space of 20 Jay St. The asking rent for the space was $25 per square foot.
