ORLANDO-Hold-Thyssen, Inc. has brokered a new lease deal for an office space in Orlando. Faller, Davis and Associates, Inc. has leased the office space measuring 3,646 square feet at Lucien Pointe Office Building, a 90,780-square-foot Class A office building in Maitland Center, for six years.
The office tower is presently 90% occupied. Randy Brown of Hometown Sales and Lease represented the tenant, and Darby Hold with Hold-Thyssen represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
