WAKEFIELD, MA-Powers & Sullivan, an accounting firm, has agreed to take a Wakefield space for its headquarters. The firm has agreed for a rental agreement to occupy 8,100 square feet of office space at 100 Quannapowitt Parkway.
Powers & Sullivan will occupy the former American Mutual Insurance Co. offices. The Wakefield property is owned by Digital Realty Trust.
