DALLAS-Bright Realty has closed the sale of a three-story vacant office building in Dallas. SB&T Assets Corp. has sold the office building spanning 23,000 square feet at 1120 Empire Central Place to a Houston-based private investment group.
The sales price of the office building was not revealed. The new owner is planning to re-tenant the property. Tony Albanese and Kerry Assa of Bright Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
