FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. has completed the sale of a retail center in Dania. Stirling Design Limited Partnership has sold the Stirling Design Center, a 20,575-square-foot retail center at 1245-1249 Stirling Road.
Stirling Design Center, LLC has purchased the center, constructed in 1988, for $1.4 million. In the deal, the seller was represented by Timothy Neal from Neal Realty, and the buyer was represented by Alan Levy from Levy Realty Advisors.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
