ISSAQUAH, WA-Bellevue-based Taylor Development has purchased 48 of the 90 home sites in the Harrison Street neighborhood from Port Blakely Communities, the main builder of the Issaquah Highlands. The company has bought the residential sites for $6.36 million.
Various builders are currently developing the sites into custom homes. Construction projects valued at $475 million are progressing in the Issaquah Highlands. After completion, the community will have more than 4,500 residential homes.For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal.
