AURORA, CO-CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has closed a new lease deal for a medical office building in Aurora. Barlow and Fell MDs has leased the medical office building measuring 2,182 square feet at Aurora Medical Center I at 1421 S. Potomac St.
Drs. William Fell and Michael Barlow will relocate from 830 Potomac Circle to 1421 S. Potomac St. Jecoah Byrnes and Matthew Leiner of CB Richard Ellis represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
