AUSTIN, TX-Dube's Commercial Inc. has closed a new lease deal on behalf of Balcones-Wilshire LLC, the landlord. Dave Klivans of FirePit Ceramics LLC has signed a lease for 2,113 square feet of space at the Balcones Woods Shopping Center located at 11150 Research Blvd. in Austin.
