GOLDEN, CO-Environmental Resource Associates (ERA) has leased an office building measuring 65,000 square feet at 16341 Table Mountain Parkway in Golden from United Properties. The company has employed Pinkard Construction Co. to improve the building.
ERA will occupy the Golden office building in late 2011. In the deal, David McCagg of UGL Services represented the tenant, while Bob Smith and Fred Baker of United Properties represented the landlord in-house along with Jeremy Kroner and Jim Bolt from CB Richard Ellis.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
