BALTIMORE-International Book Bank Inc. is planning to relocate its distribution center and offices from 2201 Eagle St. to 4000 Buena Vista Ave. The company has leased a warehouse measuring 45,000 square feet at 4000 Buena Vista Ave. in Hampden.
The tenant has signed the deal for just below $1 million. Adam Weidner of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Mitch Gold and Jim Chivers of Gold and Co. LLC represented Ziegfield Corp., the landlord, in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
