CHICAGO-San Antonio-based Lynd Co., the developer of a new 29-story multifamily building in River North, is putting the property on the market for sale. The company completed EnV, a 249-unit apartment building at 161 W. Kinzie St., last July.
Lynd has employed CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Chicago office to sell the building located east side of the Merchandise Mart. According to sources, the apartment tower could fetch nearly $125 million, or about $500,000 per unit.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
